• Products must be in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Items purchased on sale or special promotions.

Return Process

2. Provide details of the issue and proof of purchase.
3. Ship the product to our address (206/A, Lake Road, Boralesgamuwa.). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
